By playing Fartabulous you accept these terms. The game is published by Thiollywood (France). Contact: support@fartabulous.com.

Playing

The game is free to play. Play fair: no cheating, bots, exploits, automated play or attacks on the service. We may reset progress or suspend access in case of abuse. Names are chosen from our lists and there is no chat, to keep things friendly for everyone.

Virtual items

Coins, golden beans and items are a licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred outside the game, except gifts sent through the game's own gift links.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay, including applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital content is delivered immediately: by confirming your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that content (EU consumers). This does not affect your legal rights if something doesn't work: write to us and we'll fix it or refund you. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), ask a parent before buying.

Fartabulous Club (subscription)

The Club renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Club (two clicks); you keep the benefits until the end of the paid period. Club-only looks are usable while you're a member.

Crew chip-ins

A chip-in lets crew members each pay a share of a crew pack. If the total isn't reached within 72 hours, each share is converted into golden beans for the person who paid it.

Availability

We work hard to keep the game online, but it's provided as is. We may change, add or remove content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
